directions for use:
    Headache & Migraine:
rub one or two drops on forehead and temples.
    Insect Bite:
Swab the area with Arq-E-Hayat
    Backache and Joint Pains:
mix 10 drops with a tablespoon of cooking oil (olive oil preferred), warm and gently rub in.
    Stuffy Nose:
inhale
    Sore Throat:
add a pinch of salt and a few drops of Arq-E-Hayat to a glass of warm water and gargle.
    Itching:
mix a few drops in olive oil and apply.
